i wondered id they were doing their own form of self-whitewashing, where individuals acknowledge the Quran's true meaning but present a different interpretation to others because the true interpretation doesn't fit the debate argument. The opposition's argument included brief examples of kindness exhibited by both historical and contemporary figures. Indeed, kindness can be found even in the hardest of hearts, but the core issue remains: what are the historical teachings, and how are they being applied today?
This so called sermon is sourced from various HADITHS and is not a singular oratory given by Mohammed and knowing the history of the Hadiths it puts it in the largely rejected category of supporting evidence of origins. 600,000 Hadiths were reported to Bukhari and then later to Sahi Muslim. Of the 600,000 reported only 7200 were accepted as authentic. And even then seeing the 7200 today, you can tell that most of them are also suspect as to their authenticity and originality. The farewell sermon of Mohammed is not a real sermon. The sermon of Mohammed is cobbled together from the varying Hadiths by modern day believers of Islam. Furthermore Mohammed was allegedly poisoned to death and had very little time if any to give a farewell sermon.
Stupid people are readily proselytised with simple tropes and slogans, then deployed to serve the agendas of their puppeteers.
Non-white converts to Islam are typically told that Christianity is the oppressing whiteman religion, and that Islam is the saving religion of the downtrodden black and brown man.
Interesting that all those North African and Middle Eastern countries full of black and brown Muslims were once full of black and brown Christians before being unilaterally invaded and colonised by Arab jihadists, who forcibly imposed an alien culture that was Arabic and Islamic.
Authentic(Sahih) hadiths from multiple narrators explicitly describe Muhammad as “abyad” (white/fair).

“The Prophet was neither very tall nor short, and he had a white complexion …”
Sahih al-Bukhari 5900:
“I did not see anyone more handsome than the Messenger of Allah. His face was shining like the moon … he was white with a reddish tinge…”

“He [Muhammad] was white with a reddish complexion…”
While Muhammad did appoint Bilal, a black convert and freed slave, as the first Muslim mosque caller because of his resonant and powerful voice, he also referred to another black man as a 'raisin,' a highly derogatory term.
Islamic scripture records that Muhammad kept and traded black slaves. Sahih Muslim 1602:
“There came a slave and pledged allegiance to Allah's Apostle on migration; he (the Holy Prophet) did not know that he was a slave. Then there came his master and demanded him back, whereupon Allah's Apostle said: ‘Sell him to me.’ And he bought him for two black slaves …”
The Koran states repeatedly that the faces of wrongdoers will turn black on the Day of Judgment, linking blackened skin with disgrace and punishment. It contrasts this with bright or white faces as a sign of favor and salvation.
The imagery is consistent across multiple chapters, not a one-off verse.

“On the Day [of Judgement] when some faces will turn white and some faces will turn black…”

Despite the millions of black people enslaved by Muslim Arabs over 1400 years, the Middle East is not overrun with black people.
